Safety

Safety is part of the work, not paperwork after the fact.

Planning, communication, equipment readiness and stop-work responsibility are built into the way Blast Away approaches field operations.

Blast Away Safety First
Safety First

Every job starts with the hazards.

Before work begins, the crew reviews the scope, site conditions, task hazards, required PPE, equipment condition and emergency considerations. Conditions can change quickly in industrial and environmental work, so the plan is reviewed again whenever the job changes.

JSA / JHA Planning

Task-specific hazard identification, controls and crew acknowledgement before work begins.

Pre-Job Safety Meetings

Daily and task-based briefings so every person understands the plan, hazards and responsibilities.

Stop-Work Responsibility

Work is paused when conditions are unsafe, unclear or materially different from the approved plan.

Equipment Inspections

Pre-trip and pre-use checks help identify mechanical, hose, vacuum, jetting and vehicle issues before operation.

PPE & Site Requirements

Personal protective equipment and site-specific requirements are reviewed before mobilization and task execution.

Field Documentation

Service tickets, job logs, inspections and safety documentation support accountability and project visibility.

TEAM BLAST AWAY

Protect the crew. Protect the customer. Protect the job.

Safe performance depends on experienced people communicating clearly and looking out for one another. Every member of the team has a role in identifying hazards, maintaining equipment and speaking up when something is not right.
